RESUMO
Este artigo tem por objetivo principal discutir a formação e estruturação da rede-urbana do Norte de Minas, com vistas a compreender suas transformações. Busca entender os diferentes papéis exercidos pelas cidades ao longo do tempo, a fim de demonstrar o seu desenvolvimento.

ABSTRACT
This article is intended to discuss the formation and estructuralization of urban-networking of the North of Minas Gerais/Brazil, in order to understand its changes. It tends to discover the different roles played by the cities throughout the time, in order to demonstrate its dynamic character.
